Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling our and your obligations under the Rules. The recipients of your data will be our web hosting provider: i-Systems sp. z o.o. sp. k. with its registered office at Ulica Żniwna 3, 45-763 Opole (address for letters: Ulica Bojkowska 47, 44-100 Gliwice), the accounting firm: AVALIS Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Ulica Puławska 182, the newsletter service provider: MailChimp. You may obtain copies of personal data transferred to third countries. You have the right to access your data, correct, change, and supplement them, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to withdraw consent to the processing, and to submit a request for their erasure. Your data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the services and any related activities, as well as in connection with accounting matters and to enable accounting services. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you come to the conclusion that your data are being processed unlawfully. The provision of data is a condition for the conclusion of the contract. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to perform the services that you ordered. In cases where your personal data are transferred to third countries, we guarantee that the entrustment of the processing of personal data will ensure the implementation of: (a) a legally binding and enforceable instrument between public authorities or entities in the form of binding corporate rules approved by the supervisory authority; (b) a personal data protection certificate; (c) exemption by the supervisory authority based on safeguard clauses.

Personal data
The entrusted personal data are stored and secured in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable provisions of law: the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 June 1997 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended), the Act on the provision of services by electronic means, of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing, and technological and organizational conditions which shall be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024).
The Seller uses appropriate technical and organizational measures that ensure the security of personal data made available by users, in particular, measures preventing access to such data by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, as well as measures preventing data loss, damage, or destruction.
After the Customer stops using the services provided by the Seller – as a result of termination or refusal to accept amendments to the Rules – the Customer’s personal data may be processed to the extent necessary to determine the violation or liability in connection with the user’s violation of the law or of the Rules.
Cookies
In order for the website to function properly, the Seller uses the cookies technology. Cookies are packages of information which help the Customer use websites, and which are stored on the Customer’s device, usually containing the website address, date of saving, expiry date, unique number, and additional information in accordance with the purpose of the specific file. Cookies may come from the Store’s administrator or may be external, i.e., posted by the administrator’s partners through the website of the Online Store.
The User may disable or limit the storage of cookies on his/her device by following the instructions of the web browser’s developer, however, this may result in unavailability of some or all of the Online Store’s functions. Failure to change the browser settings so that they preclude the storage of cookies is tantamount to expressing consent to their storage.
On the basis of cookies, it is not possible to establish the identity of a Customer.
Files generated directly by the Online Store cannot be read by other websites. External cookies may be read by an external server.
The Online Store uses cookies for:
a) maintaining user sessions (own files),
b) adapting the contents of the pages to the user’s preferences (own files),
c) ensuring data security (own files),
d) creating (anonymous) statistics that allow to optimize the website’s usefulness (external files),
e) combining the functions of the website with other external services that are used by the user (external files),
f) displaying advertising information in accordance with user preferences, and limiting the number of ad impressions (external files).
The Online Store uses two basic types of cookies:
a) session cookies – deleted at the end of the user’s session;
b) persistent cookies – the end of the user’s session does not cause their removal.
Each user may delete cookies saved on his/her device at any time, by following the instructions of the web browser’s developer.
The website may store http queries, therefore, some information may be stored in server log files, including the IP address of the computer from which the query came, the name of the Customer’s station – identification executed by the http protocol, if possible, the system date and time of registration on the website and arrival of the query, the number of bytes sent by the server, the URL of the page previously visited by the user if the Customer entered via a link, information about the user’s browser, information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction.
Logs may be gathered as material that is necessary for the proper administration of the website. Only persons authorized to administer the IT system have access to the information.
Log files may be analysed in order to compile statistics on the traffic in the Store, and on any occurring errors. The summary of such information does not identify any Customers.
Other information
SSL Certificate
We ensure the confidentiality of the transmitted data by using the SSL protocol that effectively secures the transfer of data between the customer and the store by means of encryption. Thanks to this protection, third parties are not able to intercept the data. SSL is one of the best methods to ensure the security of store customers when sending personal data and making financial transactions.
