INFORMATION ABOUT EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The right to withdraw from the contract:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires 14 days after the date on which you come into possession of the items, or the date on which the third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) comes into possession of the items.
In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us about your decision on withdrawal from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail to [email protected]). You may use the template of the contract withdrawal form

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send a notice about exercising your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of this deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we reimburse you for all the payments received from you, including the cost of delivering the items (except for any additional costs arising from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the normal, least expensive method of delivery that we offer). This shall be done immediately and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payments using the same methods of payment as those used by you for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We may withhold the refund of the payments until we have received the item or a proof of it being sent back, whichever event occurs first.
Please return or hand over the item to us immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline will be met if you send the item back before 14 days have passed.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS:
Goods can be exchanged by returning the purchased goods and purchasing new ones.
The goods should be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days of the date of delivering the goods to the Customer, to the address of the Seller:

With the goods, please enclose the original filled-in and signed goods return form (download the form) as well as a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The cost of sending the goods back to the Seller in the event of withdrawal from the distance contract are borne by the Customer.
The method of packaging and transport of the returned goods should be suitable for the properties of the items. The product should be properly packed and secured (please wrap the box in paper, and only then secure it with adhesive tape). Goods damaged during transport as a result of the Customer improperly securing the shipment are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Refunds of transaction costs are issued by bank transfer. In the case of payments via the PayU payment system, refunds are issued to the bank account number from which the payment came. In other cases, to the bank account number provided in the goods return form.
IMPORTANT! The Seller does not accept COD packages (cash-on-delivery), or packages sent via a package locker.
IMPORTANT! Goods customized by the Customer in the order (his/her own lettering, colours, alternative dimensions, etc.) cannot be returned.
Complaints
If the goods are not in accordance with the contract, the Customer may demand:
1. that the goods be brought into conformity with the contract by having them repaired free of charge,
2. that the goods be replaced with new ones,
3. an appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (return of money and Goods) in the case when repair or replacement are impossible or would entail excessive costs.
IMPORTANT! The Customer loses the ability to lodge a complaint about the goods if he/she does not notify the Seller about the discovered inconformity within 2 months of discovering it.
But first, he/she should notify the Seller by e-mail about his/her intention to lodge a complaint about the goods by filling in, signing, and sending a scan of the goods complaint form (download the form) to [email protected] . The goods should be returned immediately to the postal address of the Seller:
